December is a busy time for everyone, and our primary focus right now is ensuring that your Linewize solutions continue to operate seamlessly as you wind down the calendar year.

Roshana has been an Account Manager for a little over a year and has been part of the Linewize team since early 2022, supporting schools across the nation. Since her transition to her new role she has worked to support not only our smaller districts in the east coast, she is also a customer success manager for many of our Texas districts.
Coordinating with her team and across all departments within the company, Roshana aims to keep her districts up to date on company announcements. She wants schools to feel well supported when navigating Linewize platforms. A highlight of her role in Account Management/Customer Success is getting to know her tech teams and teachers on a personal level and sees many of them at trade shows she attends.
Outside of work, Roshana spends most of her time with her family and loves taking care of her dog Nala (who’s a tiny 7lb. mini Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix). She also enjoys traveling and has a goal to travel outside the US to see the world at least once a year! Exploring other cultures, cities, history, language and food is the best gift you can give yourself!
